YOU’VE GOT 30 DAYS TO THINK IT OVER!

Hey there! At Bubula, making you happy is what we’re all about. We get that sometimes things don’t quite work out, and that’s totally okay. If you need to send something back, here’s the scoop:

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
Got something you’re not loving? If it’s still unworn and in its original condition and packaging, you can send it back within 30 days from when you got it. Shoot us an email at info@shopbubula.com, and we’ll tell you where to send it. Just a heads up, you’ll need to cover the return postage.

We’re pretty quick around here, so we’ll get your return sorted within 24 hours of getting your stuff back. Any questions? Just drop us a line via email or hit up our contact page.

Once we’ve got your return and sorted everything out, we’ll ping you an email to let you know your refund is on its way. It’ll zip back to the same way you paid, but give it up to 10 days to show up, depending on your bank or card.

MISSING DELIVERY?
If your order’s taken a detour, let us know at info@shopbubula.com. Remember, things can take a bit longer sometimes, so give it a 20-day buffer before we can call it missing. After that, we’re on the case.

CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES
Just a heads up, we’re not in charge of any customs or tax fees you might get hit with. But for our friends in Australia, the USA, and the UK, you’re usually in the clear. For everyone else, check out your local government’s site just to be sure.
